Nice, might try it, or just wait until I have the full CCNP.

For those interested, there's also a more handson IPv6 certification from Hurricane Electric:

Apparently my CCNA:DC certification gave me Gold status.. its not mentioned in the FAQ though, and it happened automatically without my request. Kinda weird since neither of the exams have any ipv6 in them.
som om sinnet hade svartnat för evigt.

Just requested the Gold as it should come with the CCNP. Kind of wonder if they're still active, never replied to my CCNA request :P

I initially applied, got a response asking for more information, then never bothered with it. While having yet another cert is cool and all.. a) I don't think it has a ton of weight out there (yet), and b) I haven't touched IPv6 since I studied for the CCNP Route... pretty weak at this point.

I did a reply-to-all to all the e-mail addresses in CC of the application request asking about the delay, and they responded that they have a big backlog.
One hour later they sent me instructions to publish my credentials and sent me the recognition. My name's also listed on the site, for Silver and Gold Certified Engineer :)

This does feel kind of double-edged though, not needing to take an extra exam for it

Not having worked actively with IPv6 is having this "IPv6 Forum Certified" actually worth anything?
I guess you could put it in your CV and have it look good when looking for work?
