forum reorg

That's easy, you just wip up a new design ask "is this right?" the the 8 ball a good shake and you find out if it is right or not.

These changes are complete.

If anybody has suggestions on forum description ("Cisco Security - ASA/PIX, IDS, IPS, VPN, Cisco Secure ACS, AAA.") changes let me know. I want them to stay current and use key words that make sense for people posting up and Google.

I'd add ISE to security. Also, I'd probably take off the phone models from Voice and Video. The ones on there are dated, and I think trying to keep up is unrealistic. Just a generic "IP Phones" or something, IMO.
