Cisco's Feature Navigator does not show either the 851 or 857 supporting the Firewall Websense URL Filtering feature on any version of IOS.

To my knowledge PRTG does not support receiving of SNMP traps. With SNMP it can only poll devices. PRTG will send SNMP traps as a form of notification to other devices though.
